Tech-Star maintains an inventory of approximately 150 replacement parts for wafer-processing machines constructed by the leaders in the industry, including those made by Applied Materials, Lam Research, Tegal, and Novellus. Our parts list is steadily growing; however, should the customer require a part that is not in our inventory, Tech-Star will use either the customer's print or reverse engineer any part supplied by the customer to create required documentation before proceeding to manufacture the item. Infringement on legal patent rights is strictly avoided.

Through direct discussions between our engineers and the client, we will determine if the design changes are desired or if tighter tolerances are needed, including flatness, concentricity, and parallelism where applicable.

Many replacement parts require accurately-machined small-diameter holes ranging in size from 0.010 to 0.080. As our photographs indicate, Tech-Star specializes in the production of these parts using the most advanced equipment available in the manufacturing process. Our experience has shown that customers are frequently interested in modifying the design of these parts, particularly the configuration and shape of the holes themselves to achieve their specific requirements. Tech-Star's design engineers have the knowledge and experience to offer constructive advice while working directly with each customer to achieve his desired goals.

From the selection of base metals to final packaging and delivery of the completed components, Tech-Star maintains complete control of the manufacturing process to insure consistent quality and dependable performance from each part we make. In addition our proprietary surface processing prolongs the effective operational life of many replacement parts making major cost savings on consumable parts a welcome reality.
